Welcome to OnePointCity (referred to below as 'OnePointCity.com' or 'the Site'). OnePointCity.com is owned and operated by OnePointCity, L.L.C. (referred to below as 'OPC'), a division of Fidelity Information Services. Through OnePointCity.com, OPC provides its services to Product Vendors and their customers (collectively, "you") subject to the following Privacy Policy.
Personal Information
OPC provides its products or services to you and your company or institution only for business or commercial purposes, and not for any personal, family or household purposes. OPC maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard nonpublic personal information it receives about consumers who wish to obtain a financial product or service from you (your "consumers"). OPC will limit its disclosure and use of any nonpublic personal information it receives about your consumers. OPC may collect personal information about you when you, without limitation, register with OnePointCity.com and complete a member profile. OPC may use such information to monitor compliance with its Terms of Use and policies, or for feedback. OPC may also disclose personal information about you (a) if OPC is required to do so by law; (b) if OPC reasonably believes that such disclosure is necessary to protect the Site or to protect and defend the rights or property of OPC; (c) to act in any emergency when a person’s safety is at risk; or (d) as otherwise indicated in the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement.
Use of IP Address Information
When you are on the Web, a number is assigned to your computer that identifies your computer. This is called an IP address. When you visit the Site or request information from the Site, your IP address is logged. OPC may compile usage statistics for its own use or to report in aggregate to selected companies. OPC may use IP addresses to block access to the Site when OPC feels it is necessary to enforce compliance with OnePointCity.com’s Terms of Use, OnePointCity.com’s Privacy Policy, OnePointCity’s Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement or to protect OPC’s services, the Site, consumers or others.
E-mail Updates
You can register to have OPC e-mail you with updates concerning areas of interest to you. To stop receiving e-mail updates from OPC, you should either (a) revise your member profile to designate that you do not wish to receive e-mail updates from OPC or (b) e-mail OPC indicating that you do not wish to receive e-mail updates.
Linking to Other Sites
The Site may contain links to third party sites. These third party sites are not within OPC’s control. Without limitation, if you click on an advertisement or a link, you may be taken off of the Site. These advertisements or links may be from third parties that use OPC’s service mark, trademark, design mark, logo or trade name as part of a co-branding agreement. Once on a third party’s site, you will be subject to that third party’s privacy policy and terms. About Cookies

Use of Site by Children Under the Age of 13
OPC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian. Children under the age of 13 should not submit information to, post information on, or purchase products from the Site without first obtaining their parent’s or guardian’s permission. By submitting information to, posting information on, or purchasing products from the Site, you are representing that you are in compliance with this paragraph.
Use Shows Acceptance of Policy
By using the Site, you agree to OnePointCity.com’s Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to OnePointCity.com’s Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site. OPC reserves the right to modify OnePointCity.com’s Privacy Policy at any time, with or without notice. Any modifications shall be effective upon the posting on the Site by OPC of the modified Privacy Policy.
